Appointment Policy
Our doctors and team value your time and reserve appointments exclusively for you. We appreciate you arriving 10 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment for check-in and necessary documentation updates prior to your visit. We will send appointment confirmations by text and e-mail. If you simply respond to the text or e-mail to confirm, we will not bother you with a phone call. We kindly ask that you give us 48 hours notice when changing an appointment.

For a dental emergency after normal business hours, Dr. Benson can be reached through our answering service.

Payment Forms Accepted
For your convenience we accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Insurance
For insured patients, we will be happy to assist you with your insurance paperwork and submit them for you. The patients estimated portion is due at time of service. Any portion unpaid by your insurance company is due upon receipt of statement. If your insurance company will not pay the office directly, we will file the claim as a courtesy and payment is due in full at time of service.

Facilities And Equipment
We have incorporated modern technology to provide you, the patient, with the finest in diagnostic and restorative capabilities. This includes: digital radiography that reduces radiation exposure 90 percent compared to conventional film techniques. Digital x-rays are used instead of traditional photographic film. Advantages include time and efficiency through bypassing chemical processing and the ability to digitally transfer and enhance images. Also less radiation can be used to produce an image of similar contrast to conventional radiography.
Intra oral cameras allow us to show you what we see when we examine your mouth. With incredible detail we can show you areas of concern and explain our rationale for certain treatment recommendations.
